DELIVERY METHODS WITHIN POLAND
Dispatch is carried out within 1 - 2 working days. Dispatch on the day of the order is possible provided that the order was placed before 12 o'clock. Delivery time is 1-3 days from the moment of dispatch.
1. InPost is the largest logistic operator of a network of post offices, which work in 24/7 mode.
Delivery options: courier service or packomat

14 PLN - delivery to a Pachkomat;
20 PLN - courier delivery.

2. Pocztex - courier service of Poczta Polska - one of the Polish leaders in communication, parcel, courier and logistics services, as well as the national postal operator, which on average handles 5 million parcels daily and serves more than 90% of the Polish population.
Delivery options: Pocztex Punkt - delivery to a selected pick-up point; Pocztex Kurier - delivery to a specified address.
3. ORLEN Paczka is a modern and secure parcel delivery and collection service:
- simple parcel collection using a code;
- a mobile application that allows you to track your parcels;
- up to 3 days for parcel collection.
DELIVERY METHODS IN EUROPE
Delivery within Europe is carried out by international courier companies DPD, GLS, UPS, FEDEX. It is paid additionally by the client after forming the order.
Dispatch is carried out within 1-3 working days.
EXCHANGE AND RETURN
According to Polish law, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the remote contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the parcel. In case of returning the goods, the online shop is obliged to reimburse the amount paid by the buyer for the goods and delivery costs, if such costs were incurred by the buyer. The costs of returning the goods are borne by the buyer. Before returning the goods, please contact the shop to agree on the details of the return. If the goods are damaged or not as described, the buyer has the right to exchange the goods without defects or receive a refund of the price paid, including delivery costs.
Returns or exchanges do not apply to personalised or manufactured orders.
How to make a return
Contact the online shop's support team and inform them of your intention to return the item.
Pack the item in its original packaging, if possible, and enclose the documents received from the online shop confirming your return.
Send the parcel to the online shop using the return option of your choice. The most common options are courier or postal services.
Wait for confirmation of receipt of the parcel by the online shop and information about the return or exchange of the product.
Who bears the costs of return in the online shop?
In case of return or exchange, shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
In case of complaint or defective goods, the shipping costs are borne by the online shop.
The return or exchange will be made within 14 days of receiving the return parcel.
In accordance with Polish law, the following goods and services are not subject to return:
goods customised or tailored to the Customer's individual needs;
goods delivered in a sealed package which, once opened, cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons, if the package has been opened after delivery;
In case of questions or ambiguities regarding exchange or return, the Customer may contact the online shop by email or telephone.
