EXCHANGE AND RETURN

According to Polish law, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the distance contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the parcel. In the event of a return of the goods, the Online Shop is obliged to refund the amount paid by the buyer for the goods and the delivery costs, if such costs were incurred by the buyer. The costs of returning the goods are borne by the buyer. Before returning the goods, please contact the store to agree on the details of the return. If the goods are damaged or do not match the description, the buyer has the right to exchange the goods without defects or receive a refund of the price paid, including shipping costs.

The product must be undamaged and in its original packaging to be eligible for a return or exchange. This means that it must show no signs of use or damage and must contain all original parts and accessories included in the scope of delivery. If the product does not meet these conditions, the store may refuse to accept the return or exchange. Returns or exchanges do not apply to personalised or manufactured orders.

How to make a return

Contact the online store's customer service and inform them of your intention to return the product.
Pack the product in its original packaging, if possible, and attach the documents received from the online store confirming your return.
Send the parcel to the online store using the return option of your choice. Most often, you can use courier or postal services.
Wait for the online store to confirm receipt of the parcel and provide you with information about the return or exchange of goods.

Who bears the cost of returns in an online store?
