Product description
OxiPOWER is a professional, universal oxidant designed specifically for use with oxidative dyes and lightening powders from the ÉLAN brand. The balanced formula ensures a stable, creamy consistency of the working mixture, guaranteeing easy application and predictable pigment release. The result is a deep, saturated, and maximally long-lasting brow shade.

Stability of the mixture: Maintains a uniform texture of the finished formulation, allowing the pigment to penetrate evenly into the hair structure.

Professional use: The product contains hydrogen peroxide and is intended exclusively for eyebrows. Use on eyelashes is strictly prohibited.
Usage recommendations:
Preparation: Before starting work, familiarize yourself with the instructions of the main coloring or lightening product.
Mixing: In a non-metallic container, combine the dye (or powder) with OxiPOWER in a 1:1 ratio. Mix thoroughly until a smooth paste is obtained.
Application: Evenly distribute the mixture on clean, dry brows.
Exposure time: Keep the product for the time specified in the instructions for the specific dye or lightener.
Conclusion: After the time has elapsed, thoroughly remove the product with a cotton pad soaked in water.
Ingredients (INCI): Cetearyl Alcohol, Glycerin, Ethylhexyl Stearate, Ceteareth-20, Argania Spinosa Kernel Oil, Cetrimonium Chloride, Sodium Stannate, Phosphoric Acid, Tetrasodium Pyrophosphate, Disodium Hydroxide.

Delivery within Europe is carried out by international courier companies such as DPD, GLS, UPS, and FEDEX. The delivery cost is additional and is covered by the customer after placing the order.

EXCHANGE AND RETURN
According to Polish law, consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason within 14 days from the day they receive the product. In the event of a return, the online store is obliged to refund the amount paid by the customer for the product, as well as the delivery costs if incurred by the customer. The cost of returning the product is borne by the buyer. Before returning a product, please contact the store to arrange the return details.
