Elan Oxidizer (Developer) specially formulated for use with cosmetic products from the ELAN professional line, designed for brow lightening and coloring. The emulsion combines with the following products:
"Smart Brow Tinting System" — a proprietary system for professional brow coloring that guarantees a long-lasting and saturated result.
ELAN Gel Brow Dye — for creating a deep and defined shade.
Ultramarine Powder — designed for gentle brow lightening.
Carbon Powder — an effective lightening agent that evenly lightens brows without damaging their structure.
The oxidizing emulsion ensures optimal mixing and activation of these products to achieve an even and lasting color.
Preparation for Coloring: Before the procedure, it is recommended to degrease the hair and skin using ÉLAN detox mousse. Remove product residue with a damp cosmetic pad.
Preparing the Coloring Mixture: Mix the "SBTS" base or ÉLAN gel dye with the 3% developer in a 1:1 ratio in a plastic bowl. To enhance color depth or create a new shade, add a 2% booster-concentrate "Eyebrow Tint Colour Booster 2.0".
Coloring: Apply the mixture to the brows according to the desired shape. The exposure time for the "SBTS" system is 5–10 minutes, for the ÉLAN gel dye — 5–15 minutes. After the time has elapsed, remove the mixture with a damp cosmetic pad. If the dye goes beyond the desired contour, remove it with a cotton swab soaked in ÉLAN REMOVER.
Completing the Procedure: To fix the result, apply ÉLAN COLOUR FIX color stabilizer on the brows.
Mix the 3% developer with carbon or ultramarine powder for lightening in a 2:1 ratio.
Apply the mixture to the thicker hairs, then distribute it along the entire length.
Leave the mixture on for 3 to 15 minutes, depending on the desired effect and hair thickness.
Wash the mixture off with a damp cosmetic pad. If necessary, repeat the procedure for a lighter shade.
Complete the reaction by applying ÉLAN detox mousse, and remove the foam with a damp cosmetic pad.
Apply the COLOUR FIX stabilizer to fix the result.
Note: After lightening, toning or coloring can be performed. However, standard dyeing is not recommended as the hairs may become too dark (even black).
The dye and booster-concentrate contain phenylenediamines and resorcinol, so an allergy test should be performed. For this, apply a mixture of dye and developer to the skin in the elbow crease and assess the reaction after 48 hours. Do not use Elan Developer if you have any irritation, rash or have had allergic reactions to dyes in the past. Work with gloves and avoid contact with eyes.
Storage Conditions: Store the product in a dry place out of reach of children, at a temperature from 5°C to 25°C, avoiding direct sunlight.
