Ingredient No. 3 Keratin Serum is the third, final step in the ZOLA lamination system, representing a unique care complex for brows and lashes.
This ingredient effectively nourishes, moisturizes, and strengthens the hairs from within, penetrating deep into their structure. The keratin serum completely absorbs into the hair within minutes and does not leave a greasy feeling after treatment.

How to Use (Instructions):
Application: Apply Keratin Serum to brows and lashes, evenly distributing it over the entire surface of the hairs. Focus on maximum hydration and regeneration.
Styling: During application, carefully style the hairs to ensure maximum saturation with beneficial ingredients.
Holding Time: Leave the ingredient to act for 2–3 minutes until completely absorbed. This allows the ingredients to fully hydrate and regenerate the hair structure.
Completion: After the holding time, the ingredient does not require rinsing, making the process as convenient and effective as possible.

Delivery within Poland
We ship orders within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on a business day by 12:00 noon may be shipped the same day. Delivery usually takes 1–3 business days from dispatch.
Available delivery methods:
Free delivery on orders of PLN 399 or more. Free delivery applies only to retail orders delivered within Poland and paid in full in advance. It does not apply to cash-on-delivery or wholesale orders.
Delivery to other countries
We ship orders to other countries via the courier services DHL and FedEx (to the United Kingdom). The shipping cost depends on the country and is shown in the cart after you select the destination country.
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. The estimated delivery time is about 5 business days. Depending on the country, it may be shorter or longer, as it depends on the courier company.
Returns
Consumers, as well as sole traders with consumer rights, may withdraw from a distance contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods.

We will refund your payment within 14 days of receiving your statement of withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received and inspected the goods. The buyer is liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, e.g. signs of use or damage.
