The ultramarine powder Elan Professional Line is designed for safe and effective eyebrow lightening. The formula with a conditioning complex gently protects the hairs during the treatment, maintaining their flexibility and healthy appearance. Special neutralizing pigments prevent yellow tones, ensuring an even and natural effect.
How to use:
Mix the powder with the oxidizer according to the instructions to obtain a uniform mixture. Apply evenly to the eyebrows, avoiding contact with the skin. After completing the treatment, rinse with warm water. Follow the recommended exposure time for the best results.
Recommendations:
Store in a dry and cool place.
Use within 12 months of opening.
Perform an allergy test before use.
Ideal for professional use in beauty salons.
