This essential step guarantees a secure bond between natural and artificial lashes.
How to use:
Gently apply the primer to a micro-brush and thoroughly clean the surface of the lashes.
Ingredients:
Distilled Water, Polyvinylpyrrolidone, 4-Deoxytetronic Acid, Polyethylene Glycol, Steareth-7, Cellulose, Ethanol, Methyl Ether Ethylene glycol, Methylparaben.
