The skin of the eyelids is a fragile area, prone to stretching like no other. To seal the lower lashes, you need to use only professional pads based on hydrogel, silicone, or collagen, which can be easily separated from the skin without causing damage.
If you see that the shape of the client's lower eyelid does not match the original shape of the pad, you can easily adjust it with scissors by setting the desired line. It is better to place the pads by holding both edges with your fingers.
When placing the pad, you should see the roots of the lower eyelashes, because when the eye is closed, it will still rise to the mucous membrane! After the client closes their eyes, once again make sure that the edge of the pad does not touch the mucous membrane, let alone go under the upper eyelid.
Hold the pad with your fingers until the eye is completely closed, because the eyelid changes position with it as it closes.
If the client's eyes are closed and the position of the pad is still not ideal, take the edges with two fingers and gently lift the outer edge towards you. Now you can set it to the final and correct position. Don't be afraid to make bold movements - after taking the pad away from the skin, you can move it to the left or right, lower it down and raise it up to the edge of the eyelid.
