Professional Application Instructions:
The eyelid skin is a delicate area, prone to stretching. For perfect results and maintaining skin health, follow the application rules:
Shape Fitting: If the shape of the client's lower eyelid does not fit the pad, it can be easily adjusted with scissors to achieve the desired line.
Positioning: Apply the pad, holding both edges with your fingers. While doing this, you must see the bases of the lower lashes (remember, when the eye is closed, it will lift up to the mucous membrane!).
Maintain at Closure:Keep the pad with your fingers until the eye is fully closed, as the eyelid changes its position with the pad upon closing.
Final Check: After the client closes their eyes, make sure that the edge of the pad:
Does not touch the mucous membrane.
Does not go under the upper eyelid.
Correction: If the position is not perfect, grab the edges with two fingers and gently lift/move the outer edge. Don’t be afraid of bold movements – gently detaching the pad from the skin allows you to shift it left, right, lower, or raise it to the end of the eyelid.

Delivery within Poland
We ship orders within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on a business day by 12:00 noon may be shipped the same day. Delivery usually takes 1–3 business days from dispatch.
Available delivery methods:
Free delivery on orders of PLN 399 or more. Free delivery applies only to retail orders delivered within Poland and paid in full in advance. It does not apply to cash-on-delivery or wholesale orders.
Delivery to other countries
We ship orders to other countries via the courier services DHL and FedEx (to the United Kingdom). The shipping cost depends on the country and is shown in the cart after you select the destination country.
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. The estimated delivery time is about 5 business days. Depending on the country, it may be shorter or longer, as it depends on the courier company.
Returns
Consumers, as well as sole traders with consumer rights, may withdraw from a distance contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods.

We will refund your payment within 14 days of receiving your statement of withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received and inspected the goods. The buyer is liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, e.g. signs of use or damage.
