Correct Positioning: Apply the pad by holding both edges with your fingers. While doing this, you must see the base of the lower lashes.
Check After Eye Closure: After the client closes their eyes (at this moment, the pad will lift to the mucous membrane!), make sure once again that the edge of the patch:
Does not touch the mucous membrane.
Does not go under the upper eyelid.
Position Correction: If the position is not ideal, grasp the edges with two fingers and gently lift/move them to give the final and correct position. Do not be afraid of bold moves — gently detaching the patch from the skin allows you to slide it left or right, lower or raise it.

Delivery within Europe is carried out by international courier companies such as DPD, GLS, UPS, and FEDEX. The delivery cost is additional and is covered by the customer after placing the order.
Shipping is completed within 1-2 business days.
EXCHANGE AND RETURN
According to Polish law, consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason within 14 days from the day they receive the product. In the event of a return, the online store is obliged to refund the amount paid by the customer for the product, as well as the delivery costs if incurred by the customer. The cost of returning the product is borne by the buyer. Before returning a product, please contact the store to arrange the return details.
If the product is damaged or does not match the description, the customer has the right to request a replacement for a defect-free product or a refund of the price, including shipping costs.
The returned or exchanged product must be undamaged and in its original packaging. This means it must not show signs of use or damage, and all original components and accessories must be included. If the product does not meet these conditions, the store may refuse the return or exchange. Returns or exchanges do not apply to personalized or custom-made products.
