How to use:
Installing the V-Select cartridges is quick and intuitive – simply insert the cartridge into a Cheyenne grip or another compatible system, and you can start working immediately. Thanks to the transparent casing, the artist has full control over the flow of pigment, and the internal silicone membrane prevents ink from entering the machine, which increases reliability and prolongs its lifespan.

The V-Select cartridges are ideal for precise styles – from fine line work to realistic shading and graphics. Made from medical-grade stainless steel class 316 and transparent, biocompatible plastic, they meet strict sterilization standards. Each cartridge is sterilized with EO gas and individually packaged in a blister. Thanks to the silicone membrane, the equipment remains clean, which translates to longer and safer use.

Delivery within Europe is carried out by international courier companies such as DPD, GLS, UPS, and FEDEX. The delivery cost is additional and is covered by the customer after placing the order.

EXCHANGE AND RETURN
According to Polish law, consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason within 14 days from the day they receive the product. In the event of a return, the online store is obliged to refund the amount paid by the customer for the product, as well as the delivery costs if incurred by the customer. The cost of returning the product is borne by the buyer. Before returning a product, please contact the store to arrange the return details.
If the product is damaged or does not match the description, the customer has the right to request a replacement for a defect-free product or a refund of the price, including shipping costs.
The returned or exchanged product must be undamaged and in its original packaging. This means it must not show signs of use or damage, and all original components and accessories must be included.
