Product description
High-quality replaceable HEPA filter with activated carbon layer has been designed for maximum respiratory protection of the stylist and the client during manicure treatments. The advanced construction effectively cleans the air, capturing both fine dust from styling and harmful chemical vapors or unpleasant odors.
Thanks to the multi-layer structure without the use of glue, the filter quickly attracts and permanently retains particles up to 10 μm in size, preventing them from circulating back in the salon.
Three-stage filtration:
Pre-filter layer: retains larger particles of filings and nail fragments generated during the use of a milling machine.
Synthetic fiber: effectively captures fine, invisible dust.
Carbon absorbent: the porous structure of activated carbon neutralizes odors and breaks down chemical compounds released by gels, hybrids, and monomers.

Instructions for use and maintenance:
Place the filter in the dedicated chamber of the extractor.
After finishing your workday, remove the filter and gently shake off the collected dust (preferably over a slightly damp sink to prevent dust from rising). Under no circumstances should the filter be washed or soaked!
Longevity: it is recommended to replace it with a new one every 1.5-2 months (depending on work intensity and number of clients).
Important: do not clean the used filter with a vacuum cleaner or turn it inside out. Dust accumulated inside the filter may be drawn into the motor, leading to a drop in power or device failure.
Tip: using disposable protective wipes on top of the filter retains larger particles and prolongs its life.

- Bank transfer. After you place your order, our manager will email you the details for making the transfer. Your order will be shipped once the funds have been credited to our account.
- Cash on delivery – available only within Poland and only for courier delivery.
- Payment with bonus points – pay for your order with bonus points earned under the terms of our rewards program.
Free delivery does not apply:
- to cash-on-delivery orders;
- to shipments abroad.

If you need a VAT invoice, please select the "I want a VAT invoice" option when placing your order and enter your invoice details.
Please note that if you did not indicate that you need an invoice when placing your order, we cannot issue one after the order has been paid.

Delivery
Delivery within Poland
We ship orders within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on a business day by 12:00 noon may be shipped the same day. Delivery usually takes 1–3 business days from dispatch.
Available delivery methods:
- DHL POP – delivery to a pickup point – PLN 11.00
- DHL Parcel courier – delivery to your address – PLN 14.00
- InPost Paczkomat – delivery to a parcel locker – PLN 15.00
Free delivery on orders of PLN 399 or more. Free delivery applies only to retail orders delivered within Poland and paid in full in advance. It does not apply to cash-on-delivery or wholesale orders.
Delivery to other countries
We ship orders to other countries via the courier services DHL and FedEx (to the United Kingdom). The shipping cost depends on the country and is shown in the cart after you select the destination country.
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. The estimated delivery time is about 5 business days. Depending on the country, it may be shorter or longer, as it depends on the courier company.
Returns
Consumers, as well as sole traders with consumer rights, may withdraw from a distance contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods.
How to return an item:
- Submit a request using the return form or send a statement of withdrawal from the contract to vsb.store.pl@gmail.com.
- Please contact us before sending the parcel. This will help us accept and process your return smoothly.
- Pack the product in its original packaging.
- Send the item back within 14 days of submitting your statement to:

We will refund your payment within 14 days of receiving your statement of withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received and inspected the goods. The buyer is liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, e.g. signs of use or damage.
The buyer bears the cost of returning the goods.
The following cannot be returned:
- goods made to the customer's specifications or customized to their needs;
- goods supplied in sealed packaging which cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons, if the packaging has been opened after delivery.
Complaints
If the product you received is damaged or not as described, please contact us before sending the parcel. Items under complaint should be returned to the address given above.
