Product description

Procedure Protocol
1. Preparation Cleanse the eyebrow area using ELAN Detox Mousse. Remove any foam residue with a damp cotton pad to create a clean base.
2. Modeling Shape the eyebrows according to the client's individual features using professional mapping tools.
3. Mixture Preparation In a non-metallic container, mix the gel tint with the 1% oxidant in a 1:1 ratio. Color change of the mixture due to contact with air after opening the package is normal and does not affect the final result.
4. Application and Exposure Distribute the mixture evenly according to the created shape. The exposure time is 5–15 minutes. Once the time is up, thoroughly remove the tint with a damp pad. If the product goes outside the contour, use a toner-remover before the pigment dries.
5. Fixation To lock in the result and prolong color durability, apply ELAN COLOUR FIX color-fixing fluid.
Precautions
The product is intended for professional use only by persons aged 16 and over. A skin sensitivity test must be performed 48 hours before the procedure. Do not use if rashes or skin damage are present. Avoid contact with the mucous membranes of the eyes. Do not use for eyelash tinting.

Delivery within Europe is carried out by international courier companies such as DPD, GLS, UPS, and FEDEX. The delivery cost is additional and is covered by the customer after placing the order.

EXCHANGE AND RETURN
According to Polish law, consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason within 14 days from the day they receive the product. In the event of a return, the online store is obliged to refund the amount paid by the customer for the product, as well as the delivery costs if incurred by the customer. The cost of returning the product is borne by the buyer. Before returning a product, please contact the store to arrange the return details.
If the product is damaged or does not match the description, the customer has the right to request a replacement for a defect-free product or a refund of the price, including shipping costs.
