EXPERT Disposable Tips by STALEKS PRO
The papmAm tips from STALEKS PRO are an innovative, patented solution in the world of disposable manicure and pedicure tools. They are placed on a metal base like a cover, completely enclosing it from both sides and edges. This method of attachment ensures comfortable and secure work for the master and protects the client from accidental cuts. After use, the base remains clean, without traces of glue.
The tips adhere strongly to the metal base, not slipping or sliding during intensive work.
Important! The simple acrylic base is not compatible with papmAm tips.
How to use:
Place the papmAm tip on a metal base of the appropriate size (WBE-20, SPBE-20, MBE-20).
Ensure that the tip is securely attached, without any looseness.
Perform manicure or pedicure safely and comfortably.
After work, remove the tip, leaving the base clean and ready for reuse.
Recommendations:
Black tips are made of silicon carbide, they are hard and sharp, self-sharpening, but more brittle.
White tips contain aluminum oxide, they are softer, more flexible, and durable, with fine rounded grain that treats the nail plate gently.
Black tips do not have a stearin coating, which may cause faster clogging of the abrasive; white tips have a protective coating.
Black tips work best on damp nails, while white tips work best on dry nails.
The white color is more hygienic as it does not show traces of the file and dust, and does not leave light particles on artificial nails.

Payment
You can pay for orders in our store using the following methods:
- Google Pay/Apple Pay.
- Przelewy24 – BLIK, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa and Mastercard cards, as well as installment payments and deferred payment.
- PayPal.
- Card payment – Visa, Mastercard.
- Bank transfer. After you place your order, our manager will email you the details for making the transfer. Your order will be shipped once the funds have been credited to our account.
- Cash on delivery – available only within Poland and only for courier delivery.
- Payment with bonus points – pay for your order with bonus points earned under the terms of our rewards program.
Free delivery does not apply:
- to cash-on-delivery orders;
- to shipments abroad.

If you need a VAT invoice, please select the "I want a VAT invoice" option when placing your order and enter your invoice details.
Please note that if you did not indicate that you need an invoice when placing your order, we cannot issue one after the order has been paid.

Delivery
Delivery within Poland
We ship orders within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on a business day by 12:00 noon may be shipped the same day. Delivery usually takes 1–3 business days from dispatch.
Available delivery methods:
- DHL POP – delivery to a pickup point – PLN 11.00
- DHL Parcel courier – delivery to your address – PLN 14.00
- InPost Paczkomat – delivery to a parcel locker – PLN 15.00
Free delivery on orders of PLN 399 or more. Free delivery applies only to retail orders delivered within Poland and paid in full in advance. It does not apply to cash-on-delivery or wholesale orders.
Delivery to other countries
We ship orders to other countries via the courier services DHL and FedEx (to the United Kingdom). The shipping cost depends on the country and is shown in the cart after you select the destination country.
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. The estimated delivery time is about 5 business days. Depending on the country, it may be shorter or longer, as it depends on the courier company.
Returns
Consumers, as well as sole traders with consumer rights, may withdraw from a distance contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods.
How to return an item:
- Submit a request using the return form or send a statement of withdrawal from the contract to vsb.store.pl@gmail.com.
- Please contact us before sending the parcel. This will help us accept and process your return smoothly.
- Pack the product in its original packaging.
- Send the item back within 14 days of submitting your statement to:

We will refund your payment within 14 days of receiving your statement of withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received and inspected the goods. The buyer is liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, e.g. signs of use or damage.
The buyer bears the cost of returning the goods.
The following cannot be returned:
- goods made to the customer's specifications or customized to their needs;
- goods supplied in sealed packaging which cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons, if the packaging has been opened after delivery.
Complaints
If the product you received is damaged or not as described, please contact us before sending the parcel. Items under complaint should be returned to the address given above.
