The 2% oxidizing emulsion, part of the "SBTS" proprietary system, is specially designed for use with brow dyes and boosters within the innovative "SMART BROW TINTING SYSTEM" technology. Elan oxidizer ensures reliable and high-quality coloring of hair while maintaining their health and natural appearance.

With its unique formula and components, the emulsion evenly distributes the color, and the pigments penetrate deeply into the hair. The 2% emulsion is a reliable tool for professional brow artists, providing a long-lasting and vibrant result that delights clients over time.

How to Use Elan Oxidizer:

Cleanse the brows with DETOX Mousse ÉLAN and remove residues with a damp cotton pad.
Use ÉLAN powder pencil to shape the brows, correct the lines with a flat brush.
Mix the dye with the 2% emulsion in a 1:1 ratio in a non-metallic container.
Apply the dye for 5-10 minutes depending on the desired result, then remove residues with a damp cotton pad.
Set the result with "COLOUR FIX" color fluid.
