Levissime Eyebrow Activator 6% is a creamy oxidizer designed for mixing with dyes, oxidizing them and preparing them for application on eyebrows and eyelashes.
Thanks to its creamy consistency, it quickly combines with the dyes and allows for an optimal mixture consistency that will not spread.
This oxidizer should also be used with LeviSsime hair lightening gel.
