The Rarity dye activator is designed for coloring eyebrows and lashes. The oxidizer is specially formulated as a fine dispersion emulsion, prepared for effective yet safe use.
The stable dye activator for lashes and eyebrows from Rarity does not alter the pH of the dye. As a result, it provides an intense and rich color after application, gently interacting with the hair structure.
How does the professional Rarity dye activator for eyebrows and lashes work?
The 1.5% activator is well-suited for lamination and coloring damaged or previously lightened hair. It serves as an alternative to the effect of long-lasting eyebrow coloring.
