Activator for Rarity Dye - for Brows and Lashes
The Rarity dye activator is designed for dyeing brows and lashes. The oxidizer is specially formulated as a fine dispersion emulsion. It is prepared for effective yet safe use.

The stable activator for lashes and brows from Rarity does not alter the pH of the dye. As a result, it provides an intense and rich color after application, gently interacting with the hair structure.

How does the professional activator for Rarity dye for brows and lashes work?
The 3% activator perfectly prepares the dye for the brow or lash dyeing procedure. Using a stronger dye activator for lashes and brows creates a pigment reflection effect on the skin.
