Product description
Replaceable sleeves for papmAm files by Staleks
The innovative and patented papmAm technology from Staleks provides a new level of comfort and safety when working with files. The replaceable sleeve easily fits onto the metal base, completely covering it on both sides. The soft tips protect the client's skin from cuts, while the strong adherence prevents slipping during work. After removal, the tool remains clean – without glue residues.
The abrasives are available in two versions:
Blue – premium silicon carbide with high grit, ideal for tough grinding and finishing.
Black – also silicon carbide with lower grit, excellent for basic work on natural nails and with gel. The self-sharpening abrasive ensures effectiveness without effort.
The bases are made of eco-friendly craft paper, the sleeves adhere strongly and are easy to remove, intended for single use.
How to use:
Place the papmAm sleeve on the appropriate metal base (MBE-20, MBE-20s, SPBE-20, WBE-20).
Work on the nails using the appropriate abrasive.
After completing the procedure, remove and dispose of the used sleeve, maintaining hygiene.
Recommendations:
Use black abrasive for basic, coarse work.
Blue abrasive is perfect for delicate finishing and polishing.
Choose papmAm sleeves for safe, quick, and comfortable work without glue residues.

Payment
You can pay for orders in our store using the following methods:
- Google Pay/Apple Pay.
- Przelewy24 – BLIK, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa and Mastercard cards, as well as installment payments and deferred payment.
- PayPal.
- Card payment – Visa, Mastercard.
- Bank transfer. After you place your order, our manager will email you the details for making the transfer. Your order will be shipped once the funds have been credited to our account.
- Cash on delivery – available only within Poland and only for courier delivery.
- Payment with bonus points – pay for your order with bonus points earned under the terms of our rewards program.
Free delivery does not apply:
- to cash-on-delivery orders;
- to shipments abroad.

If you need a VAT invoice, please select the "I want a VAT invoice" option when placing your order and enter your invoice details.
Please note that if you did not indicate that you need an invoice when placing your order, we cannot issue one after the order has been paid.

Delivery
Delivery within Poland
We ship orders within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on a business day by 12:00 noon may be shipped the same day. Delivery usually takes 1–3 business days from dispatch.
Available delivery methods:
- DHL POP – delivery to a pickup point – PLN 11.00
- DHL Parcel courier – delivery to your address – PLN 14.00
- InPost Paczkomat – delivery to a parcel locker – PLN 15.00
Free delivery on orders of PLN 399 or more. Free delivery applies only to retail orders delivered within Poland and paid in full in advance. It does not apply to cash-on-delivery or wholesale orders.
Delivery to other countries
We ship orders to other countries via the courier services DHL and FedEx (to the United Kingdom). The shipping cost depends on the country and is shown in the cart after you select the destination country.
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. The estimated delivery time is about 5 business days. Depending on the country, it may be shorter or longer, as it depends on the courier company.
Returns
Consumers, as well as sole traders with consumer rights, may withdraw from a distance contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods.
How to return an item:
- Submit a request using the return form or send a statement of withdrawal from the contract to vsb.store.pl@gmail.com.
- Please contact us before sending the parcel. This will help us accept and process your return smoothly.
- Pack the product in its original packaging.
- Send the item back within 14 days of submitting your statement to:

We will refund your payment within 14 days of receiving your statement of withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received and inspected the goods. The buyer is liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, e.g. signs of use or damage.
The buyer bears the cost of returning the goods.
The following cannot be returned:
- goods made to the customer's specifications or customized to their needs;
- goods supplied in sealed packaging which cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons, if the packaging has been opened after delivery.
Complaints
If the product you received is damaged or not as described, please contact us before sending the parcel. Items under complaint should be returned to the address given above.
