STEP 1 – LIFT
Stage with alkaline pH, which relaxes disulfide bonds and opens the hair structure. Prepares lashes or brows for reshaping.
Can be used with or without foil — foil speeds up the process and helps tame curly hairs.
Thick consistency allows for precise application without product wastage.
1 sachet = 4–5 treatments for lashes or 3–4 brow stylings.

• normal – 9–11 min
• thick – 12–13 min
STEP 2 – FIX & VOLUME
Product with acidic pH, which neutralizes the first stage, rebuilds bonds, and fixes the shape.
Gives hairs flexibility, bounce, and durability.
Creamy formula ideal for application both lying down and sitting.
1 sachet = 5–6 lash treatments or 4–5 brow stylings.

• thin hairs – 5–7 min
• normal – 8–10 min
• thick – 11–12 min
STEP 3 – CARE & RECOVERY
Final stage with BOTX effect and added vitamin B5.
Intensely nourishes, closes the hair cuticle, restoring natural shine and flexibility.
Thanks to its small-molecule structure, it penetrates deep into the hair, normalizes pH, and does not require rinsing.
Replaces a separate botox treatment and reduces working time.
1 sachet = 9–10 treatments.

Delivery within Poland
We ship orders within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on a business day by 12:00 noon may be shipped the same day. Delivery usually takes 1–3 business days from dispatch.
Available delivery methods:
Free delivery on orders of PLN 399 or more. Free delivery applies only to retail orders delivered within Poland and paid in full in advance. It does not apply to cash-on-delivery or wholesale orders.
Delivery to other countries
We ship orders to other countries via the courier services DHL and FedEx (to the United Kingdom). The shipping cost depends on the country and is shown in the cart after you select the destination country.
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. The estimated delivery time is about 5 business days. Depending on the country, it may be shorter or longer, as it depends on the courier company.
Returns
Consumers, as well as sole traders with consumer rights, may withdraw from a distance contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods.

We will refund your payment within 14 days of receiving your statement of withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received and inspected the goods. The buyer is liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, e.g. signs of use or damage.
The buyer bears the cost of returning the goods.
