Product No 1 for eyelash and brow lamination OKO STEP 1 LIFT

OKO STEP 1 LIFT is the first stage of eyelash lamination or long-lasting eyebrow styling. The ingredient has an alkaline environment and is responsible for breaking down disulfide bonds. The product relaxes the hair structure, allowing the active ingredients to penetrate easily.
Can be used under foil or without it. Under foil, the reaction occurs faster, helping to manage curly hairs, arranging them in the desired direction.

How to use OKO lamination products:
- Before starting the procedure, it's important to assess the structure and condition of the hairs thoroughly. Hairs can be porous, medium porous, or highly porous. This will affect the exposure time of the products on the hairs.
- Remove any makeup residue from the client using micellar water or eye makeup remover.
- De-grease the eyelashes or eyebrows using any foam shampoo or saline solution.
- Apply product no. 1 OkO LIFT to the eyelashes/eyebrows using a synthetic brush or micro-brush.
- When laminating eyelashes, apply the product to the point of bending the roller (the most protruding part). Spread the product in a thin, even layer over the hairs, trying to avoid direct contact with the skin.
- The product can be used under foil or without it.
- The exposure time of the product is between 6 to 13 minutes (see the table "Exposure Time of Products"). The maximum exposure time of the composition should not exceed the exposure time for the selected group of hairs. Check the condition of the hairs every 3-4 minutes. The hairs should absorb the composition and become more obedient.
- After the exposure time is completed, gently remove the product with a dry cotton swab.
- Apply and gently spread product no. 2 OKO FIX. Maintain the arrangement of the eyelashes / the desired direction of the eyebrows.
- The product can be used under foil or without it.
- The exposure time of product no. 2 is between 5 to 12 minutes (see the table).
- After the exposure time is completed, remove the product with a dry cotton swab.
- The fixation stage is responsible for rebuilding connections inside the hairs. Do not shorten the exposure time of product no. 2.
- After the exposure of product no. 2 and before using product no. 3, eyebrow shaping or the coloring of eyebrows or eyelashes can be done.
- Apply product no. 3 to the eyelashes / eyebrows. The third stage does not require rinsing and remains on the hairs.

Delivery within Europe is carried out by international courier companies such as DPD, GLS, UPS, and FEDEX. The delivery cost is additional and is covered by the customer after placing the order.
Shipping is completed within 1-2 business days.
EXCHANGE AND RETURN
According to Polish law, consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason within 14 days from the day they receive the product. In the event of a return, the online store is obliged to refund the amount paid by the customer for the product, as well as the delivery costs if incurred by the customer. The cost of returning the product is borne by the buyer. Before returning a product, please contact the store to arrange the return details.
If the product is damaged or does not match the description, the customer has the right to request a replacement for a defect-free product or a refund of the price, including shipping costs.
The returned or exchanged product must be undamaged and in its original packaging. This means it must not show signs of use or damage, and all original components and accessories must be included. If the product does not meet these conditions, the store may refuse the return or exchange. Returns or exchanges do not apply to personalized or custom-made products.
