The alkaline formula gently opens the hair cuticle and breaks disulfide bonds, making them flexible and ready for the next steps. Active ingredients easily penetrate the hair structure, ensuring an even and predictable effect.
The thick, creamy consistency makes the product very efficient—one sachet is enough for several treatments.

Prepare the hairs: cleanse and degrease the treatment area.
Apply a small amount of OKO STEP 1 LIFT in a thin, even layer.
If necessary, apply film or leave the product without it—according to the stylist's technique.
Wait the appropriate time, tailored to the type of hair.
Remove the product with a dry cotton pad or cosmetic stick.
• Do not exceed the recommended exposure time.
• Work on a dry and well-prepared surface.
• For stiff or thick hairs, the product can be used under film.
• For a full effect, continue the treatment with the subsequent stages of the OKO system.

Delivery within Poland
We ship orders within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on a business day by 12:00 noon may be shipped the same day. Delivery usually takes 1–3 business days from dispatch.
Available delivery methods:
Free delivery on orders of PLN 399 or more. Free delivery applies only to retail orders delivered within Poland and paid in full in advance. It does not apply to cash-on-delivery or wholesale orders.
Delivery to other countries
We ship orders to other countries via the courier services DHL and FedEx (to the United Kingdom). The shipping cost depends on the country and is shown in the cart after you select the destination country.
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. The estimated delivery time is about 5 business days. Depending on the country, it may be shorter or longer, as it depends on the courier company.
Returns
Consumers, as well as sole traders with consumer rights, may withdraw from a distance contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods.

We will refund your payment within 14 days of receiving your statement of withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received and inspected the goods. The buyer is liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, e.g. signs of use or damage.
The buyer bears the cost of returning the goods.
