OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
- Place wax in the container.
- Connect the device to the power supply.
- Select the appropriate temperature from modes 1-6 using the temperature regulator (the indicator light will turn red).
- Once the wax is melted, set the appropriate maintenance temperature using the temperature regulator.
- After use, turn off the device and disconnect it from the power supply.
SAFETY AND CLEANING
Never leave the device on when the wax container is empty.
The wax warmer must be cleaned with oil-based products specifically designed for wax removal.
IMPORTANT! DO NOT USE ACID-BASED CLEANERS AS THEY CAN DAMAGE THE WAX WARMER.
Do not place plastic wax containers directly into the container unless the wax manufacturer recommends it.
The wax warmer must not be used by children without supervision.
Do not use the wax warmer near bathtubs, shower stalls, sinks, or other containers with water.
Always keep the device clean, avoiding wax getting onto the temperature regulator.
IMPORTANT! ALWAYS CHECK THE WAX TEMPERATURE BEFORE APPLYING TO THE SKIN BY APPLYING A SMALL AMOUNT OF WAX TO THE INNER PART OF THE WRIST.
Do not use other solvents to clean the wax warmer except those specifically intended, as they may damage the device and emit toxic fumes during heating.

DELIVERY METHODS IN EUROPE
Delivery within Europe is carried out by international courier companies such as DPD, GLS, UPS, and FEDEX. The delivery cost is additional and is covered by the customer after placing the order.
Shipping is completed within 1-2 business days.
EXCHANGE AND RETURN
According to Polish law, consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason within 14 days from the day they receive the product. In the event of a return, the online store is obliged to refund the amount paid by the customer for the product, as well as the delivery costs if incurred by the customer. The cost of returning the product is borne by the buyer. Before returning a product, please contact the store to arrange the return details.
If the product is damaged or does not match the description, the customer has the right to request a replacement for a defect-free product or a refund of the price, including shipping costs.
The returned or exchanged product must be undamaged and in its original packaging. This means it must not show signs of use or damage, and all original components and accessories must be included. If the product does not meet these conditions, the store may refuse the return or exchange. Returns or exchanges do not apply to personalized or custom-made products.
