The gentle foam shampoo from ZOLA is a key step in preparing the skin before dyeing the brows with dye or henna. This product fulfills a comprehensive set of basic functions: cleanses, degreases the skin, and has a distinct antibacterial effect. The use of foam guarantees that the skin and hairs are perfectly prepared for the procedure, ensuring even and long-lasting coloring.
Innovative Formula for Health and Cleanliness
The uniqueness of ZOLA's foam shampoo formula lies in the use of high-quality natural and active ingredients:

Antibacterial Action: The basis of the composition is Icelandic moss extract (Cetraria Islandica), which provides strong antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, and antioxidant properties. This prevents potential irritations and soothes the skin.

Gentle Cleansing: Mild surfactants (SCS), created from plant-based raw materials with a high molecular structure, gently cleanse the skin of color cosmetic residues and excess sebum (skin oil), without drying it out.

Moisturizing and Strengthening: Betaine actively moisturizes the skin, soothes irritations, and strengthens the keratin scales of the hairs, making them more resistant to dyeing.
Application Guidelines for Maximum Effect
The foam has a pleasant consistency and straightforward usage, ensuring deep and high-quality cleansing:

Application: Apply a small amount of foam to the damp skin in the brow area.

Cleansing: With gentle massaging movements, spread the foam over the skin and hairs. This will ensure deep cleansing and allow the active ingredients to work effectively.

- Cash on delivery – available only within Poland and only for courier delivery.
- Payment with bonus points – pay for your order with bonus points earned under the terms of our rewards program.
Free delivery does not apply:
- to cash-on-delivery orders;
- to shipments abroad.

Delivery
Delivery within Poland
We ship orders within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on a business day by 12:00 noon may be shipped the same day. Delivery usually takes 1–3 business days from dispatch.
Available delivery methods:
- DHL POP – delivery to a pickup point – PLN 11.00
- DHL Parcel courier – delivery to your address – PLN 14.00
- InPost Paczkomat – delivery to a parcel locker – PLN 15.00
Free delivery on orders of PLN 399 or more. Free delivery applies only to retail orders delivered within Poland and paid in full in advance. It does not apply to cash-on-delivery or wholesale orders.
Delivery to other countries
We ship orders to other countries via the courier services DHL and FedEx (to the United Kingdom). The shipping cost depends on the country and is shown in the cart after you select the destination country.
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. The estimated delivery time is about 5 business days. Depending on the country, it may be shorter or longer, as it depends on the courier company.
Returns
Consumers, as well as sole traders with consumer rights, may withdraw from a distance contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods.
How to return an item:
- Submit a request using the return form or send a statement of withdrawal from the contract to vsb.store.pl@gmail.com.
- Please contact us before sending the parcel. This will help us accept and process your return smoothly.
- Pack the product in its original packaging.
- Send the item back within 14 days of submitting your statement to:

We will refund your payment within 14 days of receiving your statement of withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received and inspected the goods. The buyer is liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, e.g. signs of use or damage.
The buyer bears the cost of returning the goods.
The following cannot be returned:
- goods made to the customer's specifications or customized to their needs;
- goods supplied in sealed packaging which cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons, if the packaging has been opened after delivery.
Complaints
If the product you received is damaged or not as described, please contact us before sending the parcel. Items under complaint should be returned to the address given above.
