Perma Blend pigments are regularly enhanced. All aspects, including performance and key factors such as the amount of micro- and heavy metals, are being studied. Due to various conditions, the composition of the pigments differs in different parts of the world.
The colors of Perma Blend LUXE vary due to a new formula used in the pigments according to new regulations. LUXE is a completely new formula that meets the REACH 2022 criteria. The ingredients of Perma Blend LUXE pigments comply with the applicable REACH 2022 standards in Europe. The Perma Blend color palette is updated, and new pigments for permanent makeup are added to the new collection. Each pigment is tested before sale. Perma Blend LUXE brow pigments meet the REACH 2022 requirements.
