DELIVERY METHODS IN POLAND

Shipping is completed within 1-2 business days. Same-day shipping is possible if the order is placed before 12:00 PM. Delivery time is 1-3 days from dispatch.

   • Pocztex Courier – delivery to the specified address

DELIVERY METHODS IN EUROPE

Delivery within Europe is carried out by international courier companies such as DPD, GLS, UPS, and FEDEX. The delivery cost is additional and is covered by the customer after placing the order.

Shipping is completed within 1-2 business days.

EXCHANGE AND RETURN

According to Polish law, consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason within 14 days from the day they receive the product. In the event of a return, the online store is obliged to refund the amount paid by the customer for the product, as well as the delivery costs if incurred by the customer. The cost of returning the product is borne by the buyer. Before returning a product, please contact the store to arrange the return details.

If the product is damaged or does not match the description, the customer has the right to request a replacement for a defect-free product or a refund of the price, including shipping costs.

The returned or exchanged product must be undamaged and in its original packaging. This means it must not show signs of use or damage, and all original components and accessories must be included. If the product does not meet these conditions, the store may refuse the return or exchange. Returns or exchanges do not apply to personalized or custom-made products.

Return Methods

1. Contact the online store's customer service and inform them of your intention to return the product.
2. If possible, pack the product in its original packaging and include documents received from the online store confirming the return.
3. Send the package to the online store using the chosen return method, usually via courier or postal service.
4. Wait for the online store to confirm receipt of the package and notify you about the return or exchange.

Who covers the cost of returns in the online store?

• In the case of complaints or defective products, the shipping costs are borne by the online store.
• The online store reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges if the product is in poor condition or does not meet the requirements mentioned above.

Returns or exchanges will be processed within 14 days from the date the returned package is received.

According to Polish law, the following goods and services are non-returnable:

• Goods produced on special order or customized to the customer’s individual needs
• Goods delivered in sealed packaging that cannot be returned after opening for health or hygiene reasons, if the packaging has been opened after delivery
