Innovative Formula and Internal Regeneration
The secret to the effectiveness of the ELAN mask lies in its balanced composition, saturated with nourishing and regenerating ingredients. The formula contains a unique patented FiberHance™ complex, which provides:
Internal Regeneration: The complex penetrates deep into the hair structure, strengthening it from within.
Tightening and Manageability: Hairs become noticeably thicker, stronger and significantly easier to style.
The product has a capacity of 10 ml and is intended for professional or high-quality home use.

Neutralization of Undesired Shades: The shade 11 AMETHYST has been specially developed to neutralize unwanted yellow or reddish tones after lightening or brow lamination.
Skin Tinting Effect: Shades 12 COCOA and 13 CHESTNUT allow for toning not only of the hairs but also of the skin, creating a light shadow fill effect.
Color Mixing: All colors from the line can be mixed together to achieve an absolutely individual and desired shade.
The palette includes shades: 11 AMETHYST, 12 COCOA, 13 CHESTNUT and others.
Usage Instructions and Important Recommendations
The product is very simple to use, but it requires following several important steps:
Application: Apply a small amount of the mask to clean brows and spread it evenly using a brush.
Exposure Time: The holding time ranges from 5 to 15 minutes – depending on the desired color intensity.
Rinsing: After the exposure time, rinse off any product residue with a cotton pad soaked in water.
Special Precautions:
In case of an overly intense color (especially when using 11 AMETHYST), it is recommended to use the "ELAN professional line Cleansing Detox Mousse for brows and lashes" for correction.
To fix the obtained result and extend the color durability, use the "ELAN professional line Color Fixing Fluid COLOUR FIX".
MANDATORY perform an allergy reaction test on a small skin area in the elbow crease 48 hours prior to using any dye.

Payment

- Bank transfer. After you place your order, our manager will email you the details for making the transfer. Your order will be shipped once the funds have been credited to our account.
- Cash on delivery – available only within Poland and only for courier delivery.
- Payment with bonus points – pay for your order with bonus points earned under the terms of our rewards program.
Free delivery does not apply:
- to cash-on-delivery orders;
- to shipments abroad.

Delivery
Delivery within Poland
We ship orders within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on a business day by 12:00 noon may be shipped the same day. Delivery usually takes 1–3 business days from dispatch.
Available delivery methods:
- DHL POP – delivery to a pickup point – PLN 11.00
- DHL Parcel courier – delivery to your address – PLN 14.00
- InPost Paczkomat – delivery to a parcel locker – PLN 15.00
Free delivery on orders of PLN 399 or more. Free delivery applies only to retail orders delivered within Poland and paid in full in advance. It does not apply to cash-on-delivery or wholesale orders.
Delivery to other countries
We ship orders to other countries via the courier services DHL and FedEx (to the United Kingdom). The shipping cost depends on the country and is shown in the cart after you select the destination country.
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. The estimated delivery time is about 5 business days. Depending on the country, it may be shorter or longer, as it depends on the courier company.
Returns
Consumers, as well as sole traders with consumer rights, may withdraw from a distance contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods.
How to return an item:
- Submit a request using the return form or send a statement of withdrawal from the contract to vsb.store.pl@gmail.com.
- Please contact us before sending the parcel. This will help us accept and process your return smoothly.
- Pack the product in its original packaging.
- Send the item back within 14 days of submitting your statement to:

We will refund your payment within 14 days of receiving your statement of withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received and inspected the goods. The buyer is liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, e.g. signs of use or damage.
The buyer bears the cost of returning the goods.
The following cannot be returned:
- goods made to the customer's specifications or customized to their needs;
- goods supplied in sealed packaging which cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons, if the packaging has been opened after delivery.
Complaints
If the product you received is damaged or not as described, please contact us before sending the parcel. Items under complaint should be returned to the address given above.
