The refreshing ELAN lotion is a preparatory step before removing unwanted hair, combining cleansing, degreasing, and gentle care. The formula is designed for mild action on the skin — it removes impurities and enhances the effectiveness of the treatment. Menthol provides a pleasant feeling of freshness, while aloe vera extract and panthenol soothe and moisturize, preventing irritation. Citric acid gently cleanses pores without disrupting the skin's natural balance.
How to use:
Apply a small amount of lotion to a cotton pad.
Gently wipe the area of the skin designated for waxing.
Wait a few seconds until the skin is completely dry.
Proceed to hair removal.
Recommendations:
Use directly before the waxing treatment for maximum cleansing.
Do not use on irritated or damaged skin.
It is advisable to apply a soothing agent after the treatment.
Avoid contact with eyes.

Delivery within Poland
We ship orders within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on a business day by 12:00 noon may be shipped the same day. Delivery usually takes 1–3 business days from dispatch.
Available delivery methods:
Free delivery on orders of PLN 399 or more. Free delivery applies only to retail orders delivered within Poland and paid in full in advance. It does not apply to cash-on-delivery or wholesale orders.
Delivery to other countries
We ship orders to other countries via the courier services DHL and FedEx (to the United Kingdom). The shipping cost depends on the country and is shown in the cart after you select the destination country.
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. The estimated delivery time is about 5 business days. Depending on the country, it may be shorter or longer, as it depends on the courier company.
Returns
Consumers, as well as sole traders with consumer rights, may withdraw from a distance contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods.

We will refund your payment within 14 days of receiving your statement of withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received and inspected the goods.
