OKO Glue-free Adhesive for Lash Lamination - Lash Lami Balm
OKO Lash&Brow is not just a glue; it is a breakthrough in the beauty industry. This product completely replaces all types of adhesive thanks to its innovative formula:
• Soft, gel-like consistency that does not set during lash placement and allows you to secure the lashes on the roller in just a few seconds while positioning each lash in the desired direction without damaging the hair.
• Does not require reapplication after the second stage of lamination - reliably holds the lashes until the dyeing stage.
• Does not create a film that hinders work.
• Allows for easy separation of lashes during the procedure to control their condition and reposition them if needed.
• Thanks to the modern formula, it retains moisture in the hairs, preventing them from drying out and maintaining lash health.
• Does not require multiple applications, allowing the ingredients to work smoothly.
• Features a delicate, pleasant peach scent and an aesthetically pleasing transparent pink color.
How to Use:
To fix the lashes on both rollers, use a small amount of product (about the size of a small pea). Always close the packaging after use - do not leave the product open. Apply a small amount on the roller, and then gently attach the lashes using your preferred tool: macrobrush, brush, cosmetic stick, MFI, etc. The soft and flexible consistency allows for easy separation and alignment of the lashes. Remove any excess product with a macrobrush or cosmetic stick. After drying, apply the first laminating solution.
The product is suitable for lashes ranging from fine to thick and stiff.

Payment
You can pay for orders in our store using the following methods:

- Bank transfer. After you place your order, our manager will email you the details for making the transfer. Your order will be shipped once the funds have been credited to our account.
- Cash on delivery – available only within Poland and only for courier delivery.
- Payment with bonus points – pay for your order with bonus points earned under the terms of our rewards program.
Free delivery does not apply:
- to cash-on-delivery orders;
- to shipments abroad.

If you need a VAT invoice, please select the "I want a VAT invoice" option when placing your order and enter your invoice details.
Please note that if you did not indicate that you need an invoice when placing your order, we cannot issue one after the order has been paid.

Delivery
Delivery within Poland
We ship orders within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on a business day by 12:00 noon may be shipped the same day. Delivery usually takes 1–3 business days from dispatch.
Available delivery methods:
- DHL POP – delivery to a pickup point – PLN 11.00
- DHL Parcel courier – delivery to your address – PLN 14.00
- InPost Paczkomat – delivery to a parcel locker – PLN 15.00
Free delivery on orders of PLN 399 or more. Free delivery applies only to retail orders delivered within Poland and paid in full in advance. It does not apply to cash-on-delivery or wholesale orders.
Delivery to other countries
We ship orders to other countries via the courier services DHL and FedEx (to the United Kingdom). The shipping cost depends on the country and is shown in the cart after you select the destination country.
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. The estimated delivery time is about 5 business days. Depending on the country, it may be shorter or longer, as it depends on the courier company.
Returns
Consumers, as well as sole traders with consumer rights, may withdraw from a distance contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods.
How to return an item:
- Submit a request using the return form or send a statement of withdrawal from the contract to vsb.store.pl@gmail.com.
- Please contact us before sending the parcel. This will help us accept and process your return smoothly.
- Pack the product in its original packaging.
- Send the item back within 14 days of submitting your statement to:

We will refund your payment within 14 days of receiving your statement of withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received and inspected the goods. The buyer is liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, e.g. signs of use or damage.
The buyer bears the cost of returning the goods.
The following cannot be returned:
- goods made to the customer's specifications or customized to their needs;
- goods supplied in sealed packaging which cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons, if the packaging has been opened after delivery.
Complaints
If the product you received is damaged or not as described, please contact us before sending the parcel. Items under complaint should be returned to the address given above.
