Product description
ZOLA Granulated Wax
ZOLA granulated wax is an effective and gentle product for removing unwanted hair from sensitive areas of the skin, including eyebrows and the face. Thanks to its special formula, the wax spreads easily, grips the hair effectively, and does not create 'strings', ensuring a comfortable and clean depilation.
How to use
Before the first use, test the wax on a small patch of skin. If irritation occurs, do not continue using it.
Pour the required amount of granules into the heater and melt until a uniform consistency is achieved.
Using a cosmetic spatula, apply a thin layer of wax to the skin, pressing firmly against the hairs.
Once the wax has set, carefully remove it against the hair growth, gently pulling the skin taut.
After depilation, apply ZOLA post-wax oil to soothe and moisturize the skin.
Recommendations and contraindications
• Do not use on irritated skin or if there is hypersensitivity to any ingredients.
• Ideal for delicate facial skin and eyebrow areas.
• Use in conjunction with oils and post-depilatory products for better results.

Delivery within Europe is carried out by international courier companies such as DPD, GLS, UPS, and FEDEX. The delivery cost is additional and is covered by the customer after placing the order.

EXCHANGE AND RETURN
According to Polish law, consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason within 14 days from the day they receive the product. In the event of a return, the online store is obliged to refund the amount paid by the customer for the product, as well as the delivery costs if incurred by the customer. The cost of returning the product is borne by the buyer. Before returning a product, please contact the store to arrange the return details.
If the product is damaged or does not match the description, the customer has the right to request a replacement for a defect-free product or a refund of the price, including shipping costs.
