Boosters-concentrates are specifically designed to be mixed with the main palette of the eyebrow dye “Deep Brow Tint” from the ÉLAN professional line. They can also be used in combination with eyebrow dyes from other manufacturers, provided there is a basic understanding of colorimetry.
Preparation:
Use the “ÉLAN DETOX-MOUSSE” from the ÉLAN professional line to degrease the hair and skin before dyeing or shaping procedures. The detox mousse has bactericidal and fungicidal properties.
Building the shape of the eyebrows
Draw the shape of the eyebrows using the “Brow Liner Pro Powder Pencil” from the ÉLAN professional line or the “Brow Pro Mechanical Powder Pencil” from the ÉLAN professional line.
Preparing the dye mixture
Mix the “Deep Brow Tint” eyebrow dye from the ÉLAN professional line with a 3% oxidizing emulsion in a 1:1 ratio in a non-metallic container, using the measuring scoop included in the set.
If it is necessary to add depth and greater intensity to the main palette of dye colors or to create a new shade, use the “Eyebrow Tint Colour Booster” from the ÉLAN professional line in color “06 INDIGO” or “07 ORANGE” according to the following mixing ratio:
Eyebrow dye (49%) + oxidizing emulsion (49%) + booster concentrate (2%) = dye mixture (100%).
Note! The more booster concentrate you use, the closer the final shade will be to the color of the booster (blue or orange).
Dyeing the eyebrows
Apply the dye mixture to the eyebrows according to the drawn shape. Depending on the desired effect, leave the dye on for 5-10 minutes. After the specified time, remove the remaining dye mixture with a cotton pad soaked in water. If the dye mixture extends beyond the desired shape, remove the excess with a cotton pad soaked in the “Skin Colour Remover Toner” from the ÉLAN professional line.
Finishing the eyebrow dyeing procedure
To fix the obtained result, use the “COLOUR FIX Fluid for Eyebrows and Lashes with Keratin and Sunflower Oil” from the ÉLAN professional line, which helps extend the durability of the dyeing by stabilizing the color molecule on the hairs.
