Product description
Valeri Neon Base is an explosion of color encapsulated in a bottle. The collection of neon camouflage bases was created with vibrant summer styles in mind. Thanks to its intense pigmentation, the base can replace hybrid polish, speeding up the work of nail stylists. Its average consistency and flexibility make the product easy to apply and it levels well on its own.
The formula enriched with rubber guarantees durability and adhesion even on problematic nail plates. There is no need for a prior application of Rubber Base — perfect for quick styling without compromising quality.
How to use:
- Prepare the nail plate as usual: degrease and use a primer.
- Apply a thin, even layer of Valeri Neon Base, and build the apex if necessary.
- Cure under a UV lamp (36 W) for 2 minutes or under an LED for 60 seconds.
- If necessary, apply a second layer for a more intense color and cure again.
- Finish the application with a top coat.
Recommendations:
- Use the base as a colored coating — save time and simplify the procedure.
- Apply in thin layers — strong pigmentation requires precision.
- An ideal choice for summer, for neon French manicure or minimalist decorations.
- For different effects, it is recommended to combine with a matte or shiny top coat.

Delivery within Europe is carried out by international courier companies such as DPD, GLS, UPS, and FEDEX. The delivery cost is additional and is covered by the customer after placing the order.

EXCHANGE AND RETURN
According to Polish law, consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason within 14 days from the day they receive the product. In the event of a return, the online store is obliged to refund the amount paid by the customer for the product, as well as the delivery costs if incurred by the customer. The cost of returning the product is borne by the buyer. Before returning a product, please contact the store to arrange the return details.
If the product is damaged or does not match the description, the customer has the right to request a replacement for a defect-free product or a refund of the price, including shipping costs.
