Kraft sterilization bags with indicators are made from high-quality sulfate cellulose with a density of 70 g/m². The bags are equipped with special indicators that change color after proper sterilization, allowing easy identification of sterilized versus non-sterilized tools. For example, a beige indicator may turn purple after the sterilization cycle is complete.
Indicators placed on the visible part of the bag allow for a quick visual assessment of the sterilization process. If the indicator shows a negative result, all tools in that cycle are considered non-sterile and must be reprocessed.
Kraft sterilization bags are used in medical facilities, cosmetic and beauty salons for sterilizing tools in dry heat sterilizers and autoclaves. The sterilization process consists of three stages: cleaning, disinfection, and sterilization. Bags are used in the final stage to maintain the sterility of tools until they are used.
After sterilization, tools can be stored until use, and the bag is opened in the presence of the client.
