Application Technology:
After performing the manicure procedure, secure the base and color gel with the top and cure under a UV/LED lamp for 2 minutes/30 seconds. Remove the dispersion layer from the Valeri Rubber Top finish coating using a cleaner or a special Prep&Finish product.
