How to use:

Apply nail polish onto the chosen pattern on the plate.
With a decisive motion, remove excess polish with the scraper.
Place the stamp onto the design on the plate using a swinging motion.
Firmly transfer the design to the desired spot on the nail plate (the stamp is completely clear, allowing you to see exactly where you are stamping the pattern).
