How to use:

Proper maintenance:  wash with water and neutral soap, dry with a cloth or leave to air dry. Dust with talc generously.

1. Wash and thoroughly dry your foot before putting on the bandage
2. Insert the wedge with the cover onto the foot placing the wedge between the big toe and the second toe
3. Pull the wedge with the cover so that it tightly adheres to the gap between the big toe and the second toe, while the cover covers the bunion
4. Adjust the wedge for comfortable usage
5. The wedge can be used 24 hours a day, both in shoes and without.
